At Jumpshot, we are committed to providing quality products to support your training and recovery. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Product Exchange for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange for a new product under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within 5 working days of receiving the item.
- The product has not been used and remains in its original condition and packaging.
How to Request an Exchange

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
